-General training programmes
Hobas offer training programs for hatchery management and the management of grow-out facilities. These services include training in hatching techniques, developing proper feeding regimes, basic water management and general farming operations.
The programmes may be conducted over 12, 18 and 24 months according to customer needs.
Advisory services
Hobas has vast experience in providing advisory services in Norway and abroad. The core of our advisory services lies in water management with special emphasis on the dynamic interactions between biological, physical and chemical processes in water. We also offer general training programs in the fields of shrimp, lobster and finfish farming.
Our training programmes are custom made for each client based on their levels of experience.
